You twinkle, in the blackest of night

Glowing, in a mass of dark sea

A glimmer, a

Shiver

In the darkest of days

You continue shine.

Always.

You are of eternity

Always there

Always present

A guide,

To compass me

When I do not know where

Or when

Or what

I am going.

But you,

You know.

You are of, deepest night

Of deepest heart

There is a depth to you

That which I do not know of

But which I am keen to explore

You are of miles untold

Of galaxies and constellations and infinite see

You hide a world, within you

You are a world within me

You sparkle

Despite the darkest dark

The impassable, pressing night

There is not another like you

Not another single

Star

In the constellation

That you build around me

You are eternal

And you are of stars.
